Options liquidity isn’t perfect and spreads are wide. That’s the tradeoff with underfollowed names. Despite that friction, there is meaningful call open interest across multiple expirations and I’m viewing that as another bullish indicator.
How I’m Trading It
Taking a starter here with shares. I’d like to see a small low-volume pullback towards $35-$37 and I’ll add large there. If we get a straight move higher out of this small base on the Daily above $41 I’ll add on that kind of move. If we lose the 8EMA on the Weekly without a quick recapture I’ll cut my losses and move on. If spreads tighten up I’m looking at the April $40 calls.
